Staff

The staff for ProRehab's Performance Enhancement Program is second to none.
Our staff is well trained and all of our instructors have college degrees in fields that include:  Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, and Kinesiology.  Most of these instructors also hold certifications from the National Strength and Conditioning Association as Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS), Performance Enhancement Specialists (NASM-PES) from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as SportsmetricsTM certifications.

With this background, our PEP instructors provide superior performance enhancement training and posses the unique knowledge to recognize, correct and prevent postural defects and faulty biomechanics that could result in overuse or even catastrophic injury.  This combination of knowledge and experience equals a program that just cannot be beat.
