Goals
ProRehab and
University of Evansville Clinical Residency Program will provide a progressive learning environment to:
1.
Allow the resident to obtain advanced skills in sports
rehabilitation according to the Sports Physical Therapy Description of
Advanced Clinical Practice.
2.
Increase the number of staff at ProRehab with advanced
specialty certification.
3.
Allow mentor therapists to enhance their expertise through
focused and planned instruction with the resident.
4.
Improve the quality of patient care provided at ProRehab.
5.
Facilitate clinical research in physical therapy.
The ProRehab & University of
Evansville Sports Residency Program is credentialed by the American Physical
Therapy Association as a post-professional clinical residency program for
physical therapists.
