ProRehab and Team 13 Help Athletes Prepare for October 5th Race

Evansville, IN (PRWEB) September 25, 2013 – ProRehab and Team 13, the official training program for the 10th annual YMCA Evansville Half Marathon, are helping both experienced and novice athletes prepare for the October 5th race.

Every Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for the 13 weeks leading up to October 5th, members of Team 13 meet to train and prepare for the half marathon, with Saturdays reserved for longer runs. Runs are held at various locations throughout the city, often involving parts of the route that are used for the official race.
