If you feel a patient is appropriate for
Physical Therapy Lymphedema Treatment:

•  A Physician referral/prescription is necessary.

• When scheduling an appointment, notify the secretary a Certified Lymphedema Physical Therapist is needed and request treatment at one of the following facilities:

• Register with ProRehab prior to Physical Therapy treatment.
   

• Please bring completed paperwork to first session (this paperwork will be mailed to your home prior to your first appointment).
   
• Wear loose clothing. Wearing loose clothing is important, so that the bandaging fits under the clothing. If the lower extremity is affected, wear a larger shoe (1-2 sizes bigger).
