I tore my ACL while playing soccer my junior year. I was worried about being able to play again my senior year, and whether or not my knee would be able to handle it. ProRehab has been great for me and my injury. They have all the equipment required for any type of injury. The staff is very friendly, very professional and most importantly very knowledgeable. They assured me I would be able to get back on the field and play my senior year. With the help of ProRehab they got me ready pre-surgery and that has made all the difference now afterwards. It has made the post surgery rehab much easier, faster, and better. Thanks to ProRehab I am gaining the strength and confidence in my knee that I had before. I have no doubt that ProRehab will get me back to my full potential (maybe even better than I was before) and back on the field. |

Because I do a lot of competitive racewalking, over the years I've had various aches and pains that Pro Rehab has ministered to in fine fashion to get me back on the roads in proper racewalking form! The latest has to do with my left knee. During the last big ice storm, I was out sliding across the frozen tundra with my 40 m.p.h. Whippet Moose on lead. He headed north, I headed south, and my knee headed east! In April of 2010, Alan Johnson, MD, did a complete knee replacement on me. It was then up to Pro Rehab to work their wonders on me from a physical therapy standpoint. Everyone at the North Park office worked on me or consulted with my primary physical therapist Thomas Knox to strengthen my leg muscles and help me regain flexibility in my legs. They did a superb job in that regard. And I am pleased to report I've been back competitive racewalking since July. Thanks Pro Rehab!

Over the past several years as a coach, parent, and community leader, I have been very pleased with my experience with ProRehab. As a coach, ProRehab has performed FMS testing, which identifies potential injury risks and athletic training for my team. They also have performed rehab for my players. ProRehab has always been professional, accurate and timely with their services. As a parent, my family has used them for the rehabilitation of injuries incurred while playing sports. They have always shown a positive attitude, were very thorough during the rehab and delivered the desired results. As a community leader, I have seen how ProRehab has helped sponsor several community events which is helping Knox County become a better place to live. |

I had difficulty with balance and walking because of pain and weakness in my right leg. ProRehab of Vincennes direct therapy to strengthening my leg, back, and core muscles. The therapist, Jill, taught me self help exercises to continue my therapy at home. My balance is improved, and my pain is much diminished.

About a year ago my husband John needed physical therapy after surgery. We chose the Newburgh ProRehab for convenience; little did we know that it would be a very smart decision.
We were impressed with the entire staff. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Some of the staff transferred to other locations but Joey remained to continue John’s therapy for a total of six months. Needles to say, when I needed therapy several months later; I knew where I was headed. |
| Joey is an excellent therapist. He is kind, knowledgeable, hard working, caring, has a sense of humor, and is never intimidating. John’s case was a tough one but Joey never gave up and as a result John has recovered and is able to use his arm in ways he never imagined (even though he wasn’t given a good prognosis). Joey appears to love his profession and is determined to do whatever it takes to make sure each patient has a better quality of life. We both had great experiences. |

Sandra McCutchan – Severe Shoulder Pain
Sandra enjoys gardening, boating, and homemaking, but, when a severe shoulder pain struck, she was unable to perform the activities she had grown to love. The pain not only kept her awake at night, it was so severe that she couldn't use her arm to open a door. Even getting dressed was difficult. Then Sandra met her occupational therapist. "My occupational therapist found the problem and helped me understand what was wrong," Sandra said. Understanding the problem made Sandra more willing to participate in her therapy. Sandra went on to say, "She taught me how to continue improving after therapy, so I could return to the 'real world'." Sandra now enjoys all of the activities that were once taken from her. |

Linda Ashby – Cervical Disc Degeneration and Low Back Pain
A long history of neck, shoulder, and low back pain brought Linda to ProRehab, because the pain was slowing her active lifestyle. Based on ProRehab's commitment to Evidence-Based Practice, Kyle Kiesel treated Linda with a rehabilitation program that focused on motor control activities and exercises/fitness recommendations. Linda still checks in with Kyle periodically for advice on progressing her program. However, Linda has now returned to an active lifestyle that includes teaching, weekend camping trips, and keeping up with her grandchildren. |

Frank McManus – Two Consecutive Knee Replacements
Frank has visited ProRehab on two separate occasions. Once, when he had one knee replaced and the next time when he had the other knee replaced. Ben Lippe worked with him both times, and Frank is now able to walk without pain--and Frank loves to walk, especially when it's from tee to green as he plays 18 holes of golf. Frank is also proud to be able to participate in personal fitness workouts, and pursue community charity work. According to Ben Lippe, Frank's sense of humor and hard work made him the perfect patient and, as Ben puts it, "a lot of fun." |

Mike Goebel – Football/Wrestling Coach Mater Dei High School
As a coach, Mike Goebel wants to make sure his athletes are healthy and in top shape for their sports. When an athlete is injured or needs special
tips on strength and conditioning, Mike depends on ProRehab and Dan Baumann. “I’ve had to call on Dan’s help and expertise more times than I can count,” says Mike. Mike also tells us that “Mater Dei is extremely lucky to have Dan on the sidelines and behind the scenes directing patient care.” Dan has established a wonderful rapport with Mater Dei coaches, parents, and athletes alike. |

Faye Bailey – Multiple Rehab Patient
It was totally unexpected. An automobile accident left Faye with multiple injuries to her leg. Once the surgeons had repaired the damage, it was time to begin recovery. Faye came to ProRehab and the healing began. Her physical therapist worked with Faye to restore range of motion and strength to her injured leg. It was easy for Faye to work with the professionals at ProRehab since she had been a patient once before and had already built a trusting relationship with the staff.
