  • Erika Damm PTA

    Erika DammPTA

    Erika graduated from the University of Evansville with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.  She also obtained her Associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from the University of Evansville.   Erika holds certifications in SFMA, FMS, and LSVT.

    Erika has worked in various therapy settings but enjoys outpatient therapy the most. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and with various physical issues.  Erika is recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a credentialed clinical instructor.  She is also recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association for Advanced Proficiency in Orthopaedics.

    Erika is a native of Elkhart, Indiana.  She came to the University of Evansville for her schooling and to participate as part of the Purple Aces softball team for four years.  Erika is married and has two children, Ingrid and Lincoln. She enjoys hanging out with her family and being active in their various sporting, scouting, and school activities.

  • Bethany Huebner PT, DPT, SCS, MTC, OCS

    Bethany received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Indiana University in 2009 and her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2006. She graduated from the ProRehab and University of Evansville’s Sports Residency program in 2010 and is a board certified Sports Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. She also earned her manual therapy certification through Evidence in Motion in 2014.

    Additionally, Bethany is the Residency Program Coordinator for ProRehab and University of Evansville’s Sports Residency Program. Bethany’s research interest is with critical reasoning and student performance.

    Bethany enjoys spending her free time with her husband, Brad, and kids, Hannah, Peyton, and Ethan.

  • Natalie Hussmann PT, DPT, MTC

    Clinic Manager of the Evansville North clinic.

    Natalie attended IUPUI (Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis) for undergrad where she obtained a BS in Physical Education with a concentration in Pre-PT in Exercise Science in 2006. While there, she ran division 1 cross-country. Afterwards, Natalie attended the University of Evansville where she obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) in 2009.

    With a strong interest in movement-based treatments, she utilizes the SFMA, FMS, and Y balance tools. Natalie is a Certified Manual Therapist and is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling.

    Natalie has been married to her husband, Michael, since August 2009. They have two beautiful boys, Job and Gabe Hussmann. Originally from Terre Haute, IN, Natalie and her family currently reside on the Northwest side of Evansville with their dog, Willis. She enjoys running, shopping local, and going to community festivals. Natalie and her husband are active members of Mt. Pleasant Church of God. On the weekends they are usually at the dirt track where her husband races a UMP Modified race car. Natalie looks forward to meeting new people and takes interest in learning everyone’s story.

  • Lisa Kiesel PT, DPT, BCB-PMD

    Lisa is a 1994 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a Masters degree in Physical Therapy and a 2010 graduate of the University of Kentucky with a transitional clinical Doctorate degree (tDPT).

    Lisa has been working in the area of pelvic floor rehab, treating women and men since 1998.  She received her Board Certification in Biofeedback for Pelvic Muscle Dysfunction in 2011 from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance (BCIA). Lisa has served on faculty as Adjunct Professor at the University of Evansville since 2013. She also guest lectures at the University of Kentucky and University of Southern Indiana – speaking on topics including the pelvic floor, lumbopelvic stability and rehabilitative ultrasound imaging (RUSI). Lisa has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 1991 and a Women’s Health Section member of the APTA.

    Lisa is the busy mom of three teenage boys. In her free time she enjoys jogging with her yellow lab, Lady and photography.

    Hannah graduated from the University of Evansville (UE) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training.  Following UE she continued her education at Vincennes University, where she attained her Associate’s Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. She is certified in FMS and has been trained in the following areas: Therapeutic Neuroscience and Concussion Management  with Vestibular Training.

    Hannah has worked in the outpatient therapy setting since graduation, as well as covering Athletic training services at Evansville Central High School. She has worked with ProRehab since 2013. In that time she has been credentialed as a clinical instructor for Athletic training students. She enjoys working with all populations with various physical conditions utilizing FMS, y-balance, TNE, and vestibular training.

    Though she is originally from Vincennes, IN, Hannah currently resides in Evansville with her husband. They have been married since 2015 and will be welcoming their first child in September. She enjoys participating and volunteering her time at Faith Bible Church, as well as spending time with her husband and dog, Reggie and family, participating in sports activities, and being involved with her church’s youth group.

    Hannah graduated from the University of Evansville (UE) with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. Following UE she continued her education at Vincennes University, where she earned her associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). She is certified in FMS and has been trained in the following areas: Therapeutic Neuroscience and Concussion Management with Vestibular Training. Continuing her life-long learning, she continuously participates in Evidence In Motion courses with various areas of emphasis.

    Hannah has worked in the outpatient therapy setting since graduation and has been the Head Athletic Trainer for Evansville Central High School. She has worked with ProRehab since 2013. In that time, she has been credentialed as a clinical instructor for Athletic Training students and Physical Therapist Assistant students. She enjoys working with all populations with various physical conditions utilizing FMS, y-balance, TNE, and vestibular training.

    Though she is originally from Vincennes, IN, Hannah currently resides in Evansville with her husband and son. She enjoys participating and volunteering her time at Faith Bible Church, as well as spending time with her family, camping, participating in sports activities, and being involved with her church’s youth program.

  • Timothy Scheirer PT, DPT

    Timothy ScheirerPT, DPT

    Tim studied biology at the University of Southern Indiana, where he received his Bachelor’s degree. After four years working for a medical device company, he attended the University of Evansville and received his Doctorate Of Physical Therapy.

    Tim has seen a variety of patients in home health and outpatient settings, but his primary interests are in Orthopaedic Therapy.  He is completing a residency program in Orthopaedic Patient Management and plans to sit for the Board Certification exam in March of 2019.

    Tim married his wife, Jillian, in 2012. They live in Newburgh, IN with their dog, Bingley. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends, traveling, and playing video games.

  • Bob Tank PT, DPT, OCS, MA, ATC

    Bob TankPT, DPT, OCS, MA, ATC

    Bob obtained a BA at Middlebury College in Vermont before enrolling in a physical therapy graduate program at the University of Iowa. He then moved to Cleveland where he did a sports residency at Case Western Reserve University while also pursuing a MS degree in Exercise Physiology at Kent State University. This led to credentialing as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) before moving to Evansville in 1982 to open a sports rehabilitation clinic and serve as an adjunct faculty member in the PT program at University of Evansville. Bob finished his academic training at Marymount University where he completed a transitional doctorate degree program in Physical Therapy (DPT).

    With a strong interest in foot and ankle injuries, Bob has presented at over 30 national conferences on foot biomechanics to physicians, therapists and trainers, including all 3 of the Olympic Training Centers. He was a consultant for 10 years for Dr. Scholl’s footcare products and was lead investigator on their Dynastep product line. Bob was also a foot orthotic provider to the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins professional football teams.

    Recently, he has become the recipient of the Indiana State Physical Therapy Service award, Indiana State Clinical Athletic Trainer of the year and the inaugural “Friend of the UE Physical Therapy Program.” Bob has been an owner and partner in ProRehab since 2003.
