    Grant HasenhourOTD, OTR, CWCE

    Dr. Grant Hasenour earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science in 2008, a Bachelor of?Science in Occupational Therapy in 2011, and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2012 from the University of Southern Indiana (USI). In 2015, Grant completed his Post-Professional Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy with an emphasis in Hand Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in Provo, Utah.

    Grant’s clinical interests include industrial rehab, injury prevention, orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, hand therapy, functional capacity evaluation, work conditioning, and work-related rehabilitation. He has been a professor for the University of Southern Indiana Kinesiology Department and participated on the USI Exercise Science Advisory Board, and has also guest lectured for USI Occupational Therapy Program and United Postal Service (UPS).

    In his free time, Grant enjoys spending time with his wife, Robin, and their two daughters, Kinley and Paisley. He also enjoys traveling, going to museums and zoos, cooking/grilling, and visiting his family farm. His hobbies include golfing, home remodeling, and yardwork.

    Lacie ParkerPTA

    Lacie graduated from Vincennes University where she received her Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). She has been with ProRehab since 2015, working mainly at the West Side clinic.

    In her free time, Lacie enjoys spending time with her husband and family; especially her two nieces, Gaby and Hallie.

  • Cheryl Rentchler PT, DPT, OCS

    Cheryl RentchlerPT, DPT, OCS

    Dr. Rentchler received her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville in 2002. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in Colorado in 2009. Dr. Rentchler is a graduate of the Evidence In Motion (EIM) Orthopaedic Residency program and EIM Manual Therapy Certification. She is also certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling.

    Dr. Rentchler has over 14 years experience in outpatient orthopedics. She has a true passion for helping patients regain full function and return to normal activities after undergoing surgery or suffering from an injury. Dr. Rentchler has attended several Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) courses and utilizes the most recent evidence to ensure her patients are ready to return to sports and their activities safely. Currently, Dr. Rentchler has a lead role in the Academy of Clinical Excellence Program at ProRehab and actively serves as a mentor.

    When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Rentchler can often be found on the sidelines of her 3 daughters sporting activities. Her favorite activities include, camping, mountain biking, playing volleyball and just spending time with her family and friends.

  • Amy Spilman OT, CHT

    Amy SpilmanOT, CHT

    Amy graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She then attended the University of Southern Indiana, where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. After working as an occupational therapist for five years, she became a Certified Hand Therapist. She has made continuing education a priority to keep up with the latest in therapy and healthcare.

    Amy has worked for ProRehab since May 2012, her first job out of college as an occupational therapist.  Her passion is in orthopaedics, which drove her to become a Certified Hand Therapist. As an OT and CHT she spends most of her working time treating individuals with upper extremity orthopaedic issues

    Outside of the clinic, Amy spends her free time with her family and friends, usually outdoors. She and her husband keep busy while raising their two daughters. When able, she volunteers for Vanderburgh County Special Olympics.

  • Andrew Tourney PT, DPT

    Andrew TourneyPT, DPT

    Andrew attended DePauw University in Greencastle, IN, where he earned his Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology. Following DePauw, he then attended Trine University in Fort Wayne, IN, where he obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy.

    Treating a variety of patients in the home health, in-patient, and outpatient settings, Andrew has found that his his primary interest is in Orthopaedic Therapy.

    Andrew lives in Evansville, IN with his wife, Haley, and puppy, Arya. In his free time he enjoys kettlebells, reading, video games, and the occasional TV show. He also currently enjoys the newlywed life as well as spending time with his family and friends.

  • Kelci Warford PTA

    Kelci WarfordPTA

    Kelci attended the University of Evansville (UE) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and an Associate of Science in Physical Therapy Assistance. While at UE, she played softball for the Purple Aces. She is an Evansville native, and attended Central High School.

    After graduation, Kelci spent 5 years working in skilled nursing rehabilitation facilities joining the ProRehab team in October 2016. Since starting at ProRehab, she has become certified in LSVT (Lee Stevens Voice Treatment) Big, Functional Movement Screening, and Functional Capacity Screening.

    Kelci was married in October 017 to her husband, Jason. They live on the north side of Evansville and have a dog named Charlie and a cat named Luna. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and coaching softball.

  • Tim Weinzapfel PT, DPT, OCS

    Tim WeinzapfelPT, DPT, OCS

    Following graduation from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Tim attended Physical Therapy school at Beaver College in Glenside, PA (now Arcadia University). He graduated in 1996 with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy. He immediately began working in the outpatient physical therapy setting in Evansville, Indiana. In 2005, Tim attained his status as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). He earned his doctorate in physical therapy (DPT) from Regis University in 2010.

    Dr. Weinzapfel joined the fledgling company, ProRehab, PC, in 1999. Initially working as a staff clinician before becoming a partner. He led the startup clinic in downtown Evansville and then moved the location to the west side of Evansville. He is the clinic manager of a growing clinic with a lively group of highly educated clinicians. He enjoys treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions but especially the shoulder.

    Dr. Weinzapfel incorporates dry needling into his hands on approach to therapy. Dr. Weinzapfel is married and has two children. Throughout the summer, he can be found in the stands watching his daughter play softball or in the woods with his son’s Boy Scout troop. He enjoys all outdoor activities especially mountain biking and hiking.

  • Alex Weinzapfel PT, DPT

    Alex WeinzapfelPT, DPT

    Alex attended Indiana University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology. He then attended the University of Evansville where he earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

    In 2012, Alex joined the ProRehab team, working as a physical therapist technician. Upon earning his DPT, he began working as a Physical Therapist. Since then, Alex has obtained multiple certifications including LSVT (Lee Stevens Voice Treatment) BIG, Blood Flow Restriction, and Functional Dry Needling. Alex initially started in outpatient therapy with our  Tri-State Orthopedics and Home Health divisions, but has since transitioned to full-time outpatient at the Pearl Drive location.

    In his free time, Alex enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing and watching sports, and is a huge Notre Dame football fan. He also enjoys volunteering on the medical staff for Mater Dei football and coaching Resurrection Grade School wrestling.
