Tiffany attended the University of Southern Indiana, earning her Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2014 and Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy in 2015. Since graduating, Tiffany has primarily worked in Home Health, but she has also split some time between ProRehab’s outpatient clinics in Tri-State Orthopedics and Vincennes.
Tiffany enjoys spending her free time with family, friends, and her fiancé, watching college basketball, reading, being outdoors, and helping on her families farm.

Dan received his Doctor of Science in Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapy from Andrews University in 2009 and his Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from St. Louis University in 2004. He also earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2002 and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science in 2000 and from St. Louis University.
Dan completed his fellowship with North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy (NAIOMT) and American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) in 2009. Dan earned his Certified Orthopaedic Manipulative Therapist (COMT) and Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) certifications in 2009 from NAIOMT. His Athletic Training Certification from the NATABOC was obtained in 2001 and His Certified Strength and Conditioning specialty in 2000.
Dan’s specialties include outpatient orthopaedics, sports and spine rehabilitation. He has worked with athletes at every level—from elementary and high school, college, to professional. He has treated athletes at Saint Louis University and Nebraska University, interned with the St. Louis Rams and was head athletic trainer at Evansville Mater Dei High School.
Dan is married with five children and enjoys watching and coaching the vast number of athletic activities they participate in—wrestling, baseball/softball, football, soccer, volleyball, basketball—as well as their numerous school activities.

Andrew is a 2012 graduate of Rocky Mountain University’s Doctor of Occupational Therapy program with an emphasis on practice management and business administration. He received his Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Indiana in 2009 and his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 2008. He is a board certified hand therapist and is a certified performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Most recently, he completed the Executive Program in Private Practice Management through Evidence in Motion in 2015. He is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and the American Occupational Therapy Association.
Andrew is currently the Director of Occupational Therapy for ProRehab-PC in Evansville, Indiana. He has a passion for education and serves as faculty at the University of Evansville as an adjunct professor in the Physical Therapy Department and as a faculty member for Evidence in Motion. His clinical interests are in general orthopedics, hand therapy, and sports medicine with a strong interest in upper extremity intensive sports.
Andrew is an avid outdoorsman. He also enjoys hunting, running, biking, traveling, and most of all spending time with his wife Tonya and two sons, Easton, and Hudson, family, and friends.

Julie attended the University of Southern Indiana (USI) where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education- Science. She returned to USI earning a Bachelor’sdegree in Occupational Therapy. She has been a Certified Hand Therapist since 1999.
Julie has been employed by ProRehab since 1999. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand and is proficient in the fabrication of static and dynamic splinting.
Julie is married to her husband Scott and they have 2 sons. She enjoys spending time with family, cooking, music, camping and spending time outdoors.

With two decades of Industrial Rehabilitation experience, James has helped many people return to a productive level of function in the work place. Jim as also been a Certified Work Capacity Elevaluator for more than 15 years. He has helped get hundreds of injured workers back on the job and many others avoid workplace injuries.
Highly trained in ADAAA and EEOC cases and laws, Jim constructs and implements safe and effective Post-Offer, Pre-Placement tests. These tests assure employers that newly hired teammates possess the physical abilities to perform their jobs, in strict compliance with the applicable laws.
When’s he not at work, Jim enjoys spending time with family and friends, hot rods and the outdoors.

Jenny attended the University of Southern Indiana where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology in 2007. She later returned to USI, earning an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting in 2010. Jenny currently holds a certification and licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant and an SFMA level I certification.
Since joining the ProRehab team in June 2011, Jenny has worked at Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons in an outpatient orthopaedic clinic, specializing in orthopaedic rehab for the upper extremity.
Jenny and her husband Mark live in Henderson, Kentucky. They have two boys and are expecting a baby girl in November 2016. Her interests include spending time with her family, which often includes sports related activities (mostly hockey!), spending time with friends, volunteering for fundraising events for the Children’s Advocacy Center, and traveling to the beach.

Jill is a 1994 graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Occupational Therapy and a 2011 graduate from University of St. Augustine with a Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD).
Jill specializes in the evaluation and treatment of the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. She has been a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) since 1999. She has served as a Clinical Manager for an out-patient ProRehab Clinic since 2006. She maintains her membership with the American Society of Hand Therapy (ASHT) and American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA). She is involved with The Hand Residency Program through Evidence in Motion. Jill also has been involved in being a clinical instructor to many students over her career. Jill is a busy wife and mother of two. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, walking, and gardening. She also enjoys vacationing with her family.
Brandon Davis PTA
An Evansville native and Castle High School graduate, Brandon earned his Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from the University of Evansville (UE). During his undergrad, Brandon worked as a physical therapy tech at ProRehab. Upon graduation, Brandon began working as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
When he’s not in the clinic, Brandon enjoys coaching tennis to people of all ages and ability levels.

Adam is a graduate of the University of Evansville with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and an Associates of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant. He plans to continue his education by working on the Orthopedic Advanced Proficiency Pathway (APP) through the APTA for PTAs.
He has enjoyed all areas of practice that he has had experience in thus far making him enjoy a wide variety of conditions and patient populations. Orthopedics and sports medicine are areas that he feels he is more versed in and are what he would like to continue to further develop.
When he is not at work, he spends time outdoors, running, biking, and with friends and family. Being originally from the Chicago suburbs, he is a big fan of the Chicago Cubs, Bears, and Blackhawks.

Jenna graduated from Rutgers University in May 2014. She went on to complete the ProRehab and University of Evansville Sports Residency Program, and continues her involvement in the residency program acting as a mentor for the current residents.
Jenna has continued her education through the Selective Functional Movement Assessment, the Functional Movement Systems, dry needling,neuroscience of pain education, and spinal manipulation. Jenna is also interested in teaching and acts as an adjunct professor at the University of Evansville.
Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, the New York Giants, and ice cream.

Jessica attended University of Evansville where she majored in Athletic Training and Physical Therapy Assistance. Jessica has certifications in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Functional Movement Screening, Functional Capacity Screening, and Blood Flow Restriction Therapy.
Jessica splits her time between Tri-State Orthopaedics as a Physical Therapy Assistant and Bosse High School as their Athletic Trainer.
Jessica is trained in the rehabilitation of orthopedic and sports related injuries. She has great knowledge for caring for athletes who sustain concussions. As an Athletic Trainer, Jessica is trained to manage acute traumatic injuries as well as overuse injuries that can occur during participation in athletics.
When Jessica is not at work, she is spending time with her husband, Josiah, and their two cats. Jessica is dedicated to a daily fitness routine. She enjoy watching fictional investigative shows and reading books by her favorite Christian Author, Karen Kingsbury. She is a strong Christian woman who serves in the Children’s ministry at her church weekly and is involved in a community group with other couples from her church. Jessica truly cares about people and, at times, considers herself another mother to her athletes.

A.J. earned both his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from the University of Evansville. After graduating with his Doctorate A.J. earned his Board Certification as an Athletic Trainer (ATC). He has also completed the Concussion Rehabilitation continuing education through Evidence In Motion, and has also earned his certification in Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation through Owens Recovery Science. A.J. is currently enrolled in the ProRehab and University of Evansville Sports Physical Therapy Residency Program. He plans to continue his education through becoming certified in the FMS and SFMA, as well as becoming certified in Trigger-Point Dry needling. A.J. takes special interest in sports medicine, orthopedics, and injury prevention.
When he is not working A.J. enjoys watching sports and is a big fan of the Chicago Cubs, LeBron James, and IU basketball. A.J. also enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Curtis graduated from Minnesota State Unviersity, Mankato with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Athletic Training. After becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer, he attended the University of South Dakota and obtained a Masters in Athletic Administration. Curtis graduated from the University of St. Augustine with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Soon after graduating he began further training by completing a Residency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and is currently enrolled in fellowship training in Orthopedic Manual Therapy with Evidence In Motion.
Curtis has experience working with athletes from all sports at the DI and DII levels. He is focused on refining his manual therapy skills and techniques, and has developed a keen interest in helping young physical therapists and students develop their clinic reasoning, customer service, and skills as a physical therapist.
Growing up in Minnesota, Curtis still follows the Twins, Wild, Vikings, and local hunting and fishing reports. When not working, Curtis enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing golf, grilling, or biking for exercise.

Danielle earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from St. Catherine University in Minneapolis, MN in 2015, and her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from Baylor University it Waco, TX. She is a current Sports Physical Therapy Resident with ProRehab and the University of Evansville.
She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and has had past experience coaching in sports performance and fitness, as well as collegiate softball experience while at Baylor. She enjoys working with athletes of all ages with an emphasis on injury prevention, transitioning from rehabilitation to sport performance or fitness, and improving overall quality of movement and performance.
In her free time, Danielle enjoys watching or playing sports (Baylor, and all Minnesota Pro teams), spending time with family and friends, and traveling as much as possible.

Brian received his Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville. He completed his transitional Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Kentucky. He is an NATABOC certified Athletic Trainer as well. He is also He is a board certified Sports Certified Specialist by the APTA and is a Maitland Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist.
Brian has worked for ProRehab since 2001 as a physical therapist and athletic trainer. He provides outpatient orthopedic and sports rehabilitation to patients and is also a clinical manager. Prior to joining ProRehab, Brian was the rehab director at Wake Forest University providing physical therapy to all sports teams and working as the athletic trainer with the Men’s and Women’s Soccer teams. Since working with ProRehab, Brian has worked closely with the University of Evansville athletics program as well as providing Injury Risk Assessments to area club soccer teams, high school athletes, collegiate athletes, and professional athletes.
Brian is married and has 2 children who are active in travel soccer and basketball. Brian enjoys music, dabbling on the guitar, and reading leadership and sports biography books.

Drew attended the University of Southern Indiana and earned a bachelors degree in science of occupational therapy in 2010. He continued his education at the University of Southern Indiana, earning his masters degree in Occupational Therapy in 2013.
Drew began working for ProRehab in 2013 in the Home Health division, but now splits his time between outpatient and home health. Drew enjoys spending his free time with his wife, playing golf, and being outdoors.

Brittany graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern Indiana. As a student athlete at USI, she was on the women’s soccer team. Following undergrad, Brittany received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Evansville. She completed clinical rotations in Las Vegas, NV, Louisville, KY, and Indianapolis, IN.
In 2017 she completed her Orthopaedic Residency training with Evidence In Motion and became a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist in 2018. Brittany is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling and Blood Flow Restriction. Her primary area of focus is orthopaedics, and she enjoys working with patients of all ages.
As an Evansville native, she graduated from Memorial High School. During her undergraduate years, she coached youth soccer and received her National D coaching license. Brittany has coached a variety of youth athletes at the club and high school levels ranging from 8-to-18 years old. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She also likes exercising, running with her dog, traveling, and reading. Brittany loves sports and is a Indianapolis Colts and Chicago Cubs fan.

Jana attended the University of Southern Indiana where she received an Associates Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant in 2007. Following her Associates degree, Jana graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish in 2008.
She began her career with ProRehab in 2008 as a member of the Home Health team. Jana transitioned into the outpatient clinic to further her orthopedic knowledge in 2012. In addition to being a Certified Fieldwork Educator, she also acts as a Student Coordinator to assist with setting up clinical rotations for college students. Jana is the Technician Supervisor and completes the interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and training for the support staff. She currently works at the Tri-State Orthopedics location and her specialties lie in the treatment of upper extremities, with an emphasis on the shoulder.
She is married and has 2 young daughters. She enjoys crafting, spending time outside with her family, and Green Bay Packer football.

Reece was born and raised in Evansville, Indiana. He attended the University of Southern Indiana where he received bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Health Services. While at the University of Southern Indiana, he played baseball for four years and coached for one year. He continued his education at the University of Southern Indiana where he received his Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy.
Reece is passionate about working with patients with orthopaedic injuries and helping his patients return to the things they love, such as sports and recreational activities.
Reece enjoys watching all sports and playing golf in his spare time.

Amy graduated from Murray State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She then attended the University of Southern Indiana, where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. After working as an occupational therapist for five years, she became a Certified Hand Therapist. She has made continuing education a priority to keep up with the latest in therapy and healthcare.
Amy has worked for ProRehab since May 2012, her first job out of college as an occupational therapist. Her passion is in orthopaedics, which drove her to become a Certified Hand Therapist. As an OT and CHT she spends most of her working time treating individuals with upper extremity orthopaedic issues
Outside of the clinic, Amy spends her free time with her family and friends, usually outdoors. She and her husband keep busy while raising their two daughters. When able, she volunteers for Vanderburgh County Special Olympics.
Melissa Stevens OTR/L
Melissa received her Bachelors of Science from University of Southern Indiana in May 2011 and her Masters of Occupational Therapy in May 2013. She has been employed with ProRehab since June 2013.
Her area of focus is in the upper extremity orthopaedics: shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand.
Melissa and her husband Bradley are expecting their first child in March 2017. Melissa’s hobbies include spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and playing and watching a variety of sports.

Bob obtained a BA at Middlebury College in Vermont before enrolling in a physical therapy graduate program at the University of Iowa. He then moved to Cleveland where he did a sports residency at Case Western Reserve University while also pursuing a MS degree in Exercise Physiology at Kent State University. This led to credentialing as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) before moving to Evansville in 1982 to open a sports rehabilitation clinic and serve as an adjunct faculty member in the PT program at University of Evansville. Bob finished his academic training at Marymount University where he completed a transitional doctorate degree program in Physical Therapy (DPT).
With a strong interest in foot and ankle injuries, Bob has presented at over 30 national conferences on foot biomechanics to physicians, therapists and trainers, including all 3 of the Olympic Training Centers. He was a consultant for 10 years for Dr. Scholl’s footcare products and was lead investigator on their Dynastep product line. Bob was also a foot orthotic provider to the Dallas Cowboys and Miami Dolphins professional football teams.
Recently, he has become the recipient of the Indiana State Physical Therapy Service award, Indiana State Clinical Athletic Trainer of the year and the inaugural “Friend of the UE Physical Therapy Program.” Bob has been an owner and partner in ProRehab since 2003.

Jenna graduated with a Masters in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Indiana in April 2012 and joined the ProRehab team after graduation where she specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation. She furthered her education by receiving a Post-professional Clinical Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in December 2015.
Since graduating with her OTD, Jenna has focused her time on providing excellent education experiences for therapists. She joined the Evidence In Motion team and is currently the program director for a post-professional OTD program, as well as an Advanced Certification in Hand Therapy program, which she created upon graduating with her OTD. Jenna continues to practice full-time in the clinic and looks forward to furthering her education as well.
Jenna lives in Evansville, IN with her husband, Shawn, and her three children Christopher, Kimber, and Caden. She spends a lot of time with her family and friends and enjoys watching her kid’s sporting events throughout the year. In her small amounts of free time, Jenna loves spending time outdoors and traveling when she is able to do so.

Alyssa graduated from the University of Evansville with her undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. With the mindset of continued learning and a drive to provide excellent patient care, Alyssa participated in and graduated from the ProRehab and University of Evansville Sport Physical Therapy Residency after graduation. She is Board Certified as a Sport Clinical Specialist.
Alyssa specializes in movement based treatment and sports physical therapy. She enjoys working with athletes and active individuals of all ages, and is passionate about injury prevention and promoting an active lifestyle throughout the lifetime.
Providing service to others and becoming highly involved in activities and organizations are important aspects of Alyssa’s life. She is dedicated to an active and healthy lifestyle and enjoys spending time outdoors.

Dr. Pat Wempe graduated from Regis University in 2008 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Prior to Regis, he attended University of Evansville School of Physical Therapy where he graduated in 1988 and become Board Certified in Sports Physical Therapy in 2003.
Specializing in Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Pat has a sub specialty in foot/ankle injuries and custom foot orthotics.
He has been on the Medical Staff at the University of Evansville since 1990. Pat has been married to his wife Janet for 26 years, and they have three daughters: twins, Grace and Hannah (age 24) and Madelyn (age 18).

Hannah graduated from Indiana University-Bloomington with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Biology. After graduation, Hannah earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky.
Hannah’s current interests are in orthopaedics and manual therapy. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, cooking, country music, and spending time with family and friends.
